Cici Eltermann is a character designer and illustrator based in the DMV area with a B.F.A. in Communication Arts. She loves incorporating all forms of storytelling, visual or otherwise, in her art.

In her spare time Cici loves to read manga, pet cats, and eat an unhealthy amount of pasta.​​
